EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Box has been the Executive Director of Capital FC since 2011. He continues to serve the Salem Community through soccer, primarily behind the scenes and off the field.

A Salem native, Box graduated South Salem High School (‘07) Corban University (‘10). In 2023, Box was named the “Outstanding Young Professional” by the Salem Chamber of Commerce. Box holds his Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma 1 and 2, USC Director of Coaching Diploma, and USYS National Youth License.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Wentworth joined the Capital FC team in 2019 as the Director of Coaching. Bringing a wealth of knowledge to the club, Wentworth holds his USC DOC Diploma, USSF A “Youth” License, and USSF Instructors License.

Wentworth is well respected across the national soccer community and grew up in the Northwest, calling Woodburn his home for some time and playing in the Willamette League as a young adult. He is deeply dedicated to teaching kids the game of soccer at all ages and ability levels.

SPORTING DIRECTOR

Noble joined Capital FC September 1, 2025. Prior to CFC, he was the Director of Operations for the New England Revolution Academy. While with the Revs, Noble also held assistant and head coaching positions.

Noble is currently the West Region Technical Advisor for the USYS Olympic Development Program. Prior to New England, Noble had a successful college career as a head coach for 13 years. Noble is highly respected across the country and has a broad network within the soccer community, allowing him to bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to CFC.
